UNITED STATES OF AMERICA 2016: FEDERAL RESERVE LEAVES INTEREST RATES UNCHANGED

In recent days, the president of the Federal Reserve of the United States of America Janet Yellen has announced he will leave rates unchanged for some time.

This approach of caution is due to the fact that the US economy although it is out of the economic crisis that began in 2008 still shows no completely satisfactory signals to assume a rise in interest rates.

In fact, even if it is an ongoing economic recovery in the US, the recovery in recent times seems to have slowed down compared to forecasts.

So in order to continue to support the US economy through monetary policy, he has done well President Janet Yellen to continue on this path.

For the near future may be some slight increases in interest rates, however, in the opinion of the writer, this will not happen before the end of 2016.
