In recent years we are seeing a worsening of wages and working conditions both in Italy and in worldwide.

This is due to pressure from the competition that businesses experience in global markets pushing down labor costs to increase profit.

Yet in some foreign countries, especially in the Scandinavian countries, in the face of higher wage level it is also able to produce ensuring a good profit margin.

Those countries are focusing on the quality of their productions that represent a high quality standard in the world, guarantee of excellent products.

In addition, they are able to get profits while saving on logistics, which if you proceed with the relocation, would have a high impact on profit levels.

In Italy, however, there has been a deterioration of the labor market, where they are coming all the guarantees conquered over the years by workers who hard made their voices heard in the past.

We hope that as soon as there is an awareness of these issues by those who are at the top of society and that we can in the shortest possible time, experience in Italy a new phase of widespread prosperity among workers as is happening in the Scandinavian countries.

Nel corso degli ultimi anni stiamo assistendo a un peggioramento del livello salariale e delle condizioni lavorative sia in Italia e sia a livello globale.

Ciò è dovuto alle pressioni provenienti dalla competizione che le imprese avvertono sui mercati globali che spingono al ribasso il costo del lavoro per aumentare il profitto.

Eppure in alcuni paesi esteri, in special modo nei paesi scandinavi, a fronte del livello salariale più alto si riesce egualmente a produrre garantendo un buon margine di profitto.

Quei paesi stanno puntando sulla qualità delle proprie produzioni che rappresentano uno standard qualitativo elevato in tutto il mondo, garanzia di ottimi prodotti.

Inoltre, si riescono ad avere profitti risparmiando sulla logistica, la quale se si procedesse con la delocalizzazione, avrebbe un elevato impatto sui livelli di profitto.

In Italia, invece, si assiste a un deterioramento del mercato del lavoro, dove stanno venendo meno tutte le garanzie conquistate negli anni dai lavoratori che duramente hanno fatto sentire la loro voce in passato.

Speriamo che quanto prima vi sia una presa di coscienza su tali problematiche da parte di coloro che si trovano ai vertici della società e che si possa nel più breve tempo possibile, sperimentare anche in Italia una nuova fase di benessere diffuso tra i lavoratori come sta avvenendo nei paesi scandinavi

E’ notizia di questi giorni della richiesta di una manovra correttiva sui conti pubblici italiani proveniente dalla Commissione Europea.

Tale manovra sarebbe richiesta dalla Commissione Europea perché l’Italia sforerebbe il rapporto deficit/PIL previsto dai trattati europei.

Occorre constatare come negli ultimi tempi nel nostro paese siano accaduti degli avvenimenti straordinari quali terremoti e cataclismi che pesano sulle finanze pubbliche e a cui lo stato ha il dovere di farvi fronte.

Questa rappresenta una questione di umanità poiché vi sono delle popolazioni che stanno soffrendo e a cui occorre dare risposte in tempi brevi.

In questi casi bene farebbe il nostro governo a rifiutare tali imposizioni da parte dell’Europa al fine di ottemperare ai propri doveri verso coloro che stanno soffrendo situazioni di disagio.

Anche perché una manovra correttiva graverebbe ulteriormente sull’economia italiana provocando una situazione di ulteriore stagnazione.

Speriamo che il nostro governo prosegua per la sua strada ignorando tale imposizione e che l’Europa capisca la nostra situazione, per il bene del popolo italiano e in special modo delle popolazioni che sono state colpite dalle recenti calamità.

E’ notizia di questi giorni che l’economia statunitense continua a crescere, nonostante l’Europa è ancora in affanno per fuoriuscire dalla crisi economica.

Negli Stati Uniti d’America, le politiche economiche messe in atto negli ultimi anni, hanno visto il paese uscire abbastanza velocemente dalla crisi, nonostante tale crisi sia partita proprio dagli USA.

Le politiche economiche adottate in America, quali l’iniezione di liquidità nel mercato e l’aumento della spesa pubblica per investimenti, hanno permesso una ripresa graduale della propria economia.

L’amministrazione neo eletta di Trump pare voglia proseguire su questa scorta, continuando in una politica economica basata sulla spesa pubblica per investimenti e la diminuzione della pressione fiscale sulle imprese e le famiglie.

Molti hanno previsto che con l’elezione alla Casa Bianca di Trump ci sarebbe stato uno shock finanziario negli USA, ma ciò non c’è stato, anzi, i mercati pare abbiano apprezzato tale elezione con un aumento degli indici di borsa.

Per quanto riguarda il 2017 non ci resta che attendere come si evolverà lo scenario sia americano e sia globale, ma pare che le previsioni siano alquanto ottimistiche.

Finding an answer to this question is a challenge for all governments of the world assisted by qualified economists.

In the opinion of the writer the key to this problem sees on the individual inserted in a global society, where within it must be guaranteed the tools for a well-being that the individual could also spread to the community.

Basically we should raise resources by large economic realities globally, in order to allocate these resources towards investments and incentives for those who have less.

In doing so, it would trigger a global level the spark that would lead eventually to a well-being for all.

In questi ultimi anni stiamo assistendo in tutto il mondo ad una presa di coscienza collettiva su un nuovo modo di concepire le dinamiche economiche.

Anche se aumenta il divario tra i ricchi e i poveri, oggi in un mondo sempre più interconnesso, si avverte sempre più l’esigenza di trovare una soluzione su come concepire un benessere che possa essere giusto per tutti.

In sostanza occorre trovare un equilibrio nella ripartizione delle risorse economiche a livello globale al fine di garantire una vita libera e dignitosa per ogni essere umano sulla terra.

Questa concezione sembra essere al giorno d’oggi pura utopia, ma se si prende maggiore consapevolezza di questa teoria, si potrà riuscire nel giro di alcuni anni ad addivenire ad una soluzione.

Trovare una risposta a questo quesito rappresenta una sfida per tutti i governanti del mondo coadiuvati da economisti qualificati.

A parere dello scrivente la chiave di lettura di tale problema vede al centro l’individuo inserito in una collettività globale, dove all’interno di essa occorre garantire gli strumenti per un benessere che dal singolo possa diffondersi anche verso la collettività.

In sostanza bisognerebbe raccogliere risorse dalle grandi realtà economiche a livello globale, al fine di destinare tali risorse verso investimenti e agevolazioni per coloro che hanno meno.

Così facendo, si innescherebbe a livello globale la scintilla che porterebbe finalmente ad un benessere per tutti.
